Oliva Dorado is a lighter olive oil which provides a fruity and buttery taste, with a slightly peppery finish. This olive oil has a very fresh and fruity aroma that contains hints of green apple, banana, and almond.
It is an ideal everyday oil to use for dipping and drizzling, in salad dressings and marinades, and for sautéing, roasting, and baking.

We produce Oliva Dorado in the beautiful region of Zaragoza, Spain – a land known for its centuries-long tradition of producing some of the best olive oil in the world.
We work tirelessly to produce the highest quality extra virgin olive oil, without ever cutting any corners. The olives are farmed, harvested, cold-pressed, and bottled at the farm, allowing us to provide one of the few organic olive oils with total traceability on the market.
Our farm is organic certified and focuses on small-batch production, which allows us to control quality and guarantee transparency. Our mill is conveniently located in the olive grove, allowing the olives to be processed within 3 hours of harvesting, ensuring the olives do not oxidize or lose flavor.
Every step of the production process is carried out with the utmost care, from planting and caring for the trees, to harvesting and pressing the olives, to bottling and packaging the final product. The result is a pure, natural, and incredibly flavorful extra virgin olive oil that we are proud to offer to our customers.

I’m my current health journey, I have been searching for an olive oil that was TRUE and clean. After researching Oliva Dorado, I was excited to try it knowing it is not only organic, but solely sourced from Northern Spain, NO other additives. A lot of olive ooos state they are true organic, but turn the bottle and find out they are sourced from several origins. This means they can be mixed with harmful toxic seed oils.
Oliva Dorado is packaged in a dark glass bottle, which is exactly what you want to keep from sunlight, no plastic bottles.
I use this oil EVERY single day. I use solely for my salad dressing, nothing else, it is that delicious. I drizzle it on my organic brown rice, and simply do a small shot of it in the AM for the health benefits (and the amazing taste) as well.
I only used it for three days to try and turned around and purchased (3) more bottles. This is my olive oil of choice from now on. I HIGHLY recommend this oil, not only for all the amazing health benefits, but a staple in your household. I will never not have at least two bottles in our home, that is how much we love this.
